Shipping and Handling Policy:

Free ground shipping on orders of $100.00 or more to the following states:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District Of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

 

All other areas shipping and handling charges apply, and are paid by you (the buyer).

 

Note: Arizona residents (sales taxes apply to all orders).

 

Wrong Merchandize Shipped:

Your order has been carefully packaged and thoroughly inspected. Please check all packages and review your items using the packing list enclosed.

 

If we shipped the wrong merchandize please contact us at: customerservice@rivercitiespool.com.

 

We ask that you return this merchandize within15 days from the date shipped so we can apply a refund to your account or exchange that merchandize to your satisfaction.

 

River Cities Pool & Spa will pay for return shipping on wrong items shipped.

 

Damaged & Lost Shipments:

The carrier who delivers the merchandise to you door (freight company, Post Office, or any other) is responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment as delivered is acknowledgment that the articles were received in GOOD CONDITION AND PROPERLY PACKED.

 

How to handle damages and shortages:

For all shipments except those delivered by small parcel carriers (UPS, FEDEX, Postal Service).

 

Visible Damage:

1. Have deliveryman note on freight bill the nature and extent of damages.

2. Notify the transportation company office to inspect the merchandise.

3. File claim for damages at once. In filing a clam with the transportation company you may: (a) Be able to make a cash adjustment for full value. (b) arrange to have repairs made or © have merchandise replaced.

 

Concealed Damage:

1. If damage is noticed when merchandise is unpacked, notify within 10 days the transportation company’s office and request an inspection.

2. Do not destroy packing materials until shipment is inspected and claim settle.

 

Shortages:

1. Check number of cartons delivered with the quantity shown on delivery receipt.

2. If quantities do not tally, have driver note shortage and if missing items do not show up in a few days, advise us and we will reship appropriate adjustment and/or will follow-up transportation company.

 

Small Parcel Shipments:

For shortage or damages, hold merchandise in original carton and contact us at  customerservice@rivercitiespool.com .

 

Important:

See return policy for items being return that are not damage.

 

All claims for loss or damage should be filed immediately with the transportation company making delivery, then notify us. We will mark our records accordingly. Should you need assistance with the claim, we will be glad to help. Note: Do not return damaged merchandise as transportation company will pick it up after setting claim.
